E-commerce & online shops

Online shops for consumers and business customers, built on Shopware or Shopify or developed from scratch, and connected to your ERP, inventory management and product data.

An online shop is only as good as its connections: to inventory management and ERP, to product data, payment providers and shipping. We build shops in which these processes work together reliably, so orders go through without manual rework.

B2B adds customer-specific prices, tiered pricing, quick ordering, approval workflows and purchase on account. We rely on established platforms such as Shopware and Shopify and develop custom solutions where the standard falls short.

Typical starting points

  • Orders are re-keyed by hand

Shop and ERP are not connected. Orders, stock levels and prices are transferred manually.

  • B2B customers pick up the phone

The shop knows nothing about customer prices, quick ordering or approvals, so buyers would rather order by phone or email.

  • The platform has reached the end of the road

The shop version is no longer supported, updates are risky and every extension costs a disproportionate amount.

  • Accessibility is becoming mandatory

Since June 2025, many online shops for consumers have had to be accessible. Your existing shop does not meet the requirements.

How we work

  1. Processes before platform

First we clarify how orders, prices and stock flow today. Then we choose the platform.

  2. Standard where possible

We only build extensions where the standard falls short. That keeps updates simple and costs predictable.

  3. Testing with real data

Before go-live, orders with real products and terms run through every connected system.

  4. Supported go-live

In the first weeks after launch we keep a particularly close eye on orders and interfaces.

Frequently asked questions

01 What does a project cost?

That depends on the scope, and a reliable figure is only possible once we understand your project. After the first call you receive an effort range; after the concept phase, a binding offer.

Depending on the model, we bill a fixed price per milestone, by effort with monthly invoicing and transparent time tracking, or as a monthly flat fee. Because software development costs less in Poland than in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, our day rates are usually economical, without you having to compromise on experience or quality.

02 What happens after go-live?

We stay. In the first weeks after launch we support operations particularly closely. After that, we take on maintenance and further development under a maintenance contract: updates, security patches, monitoring and bug fixing.

We set response times by priority, for example for critical incidents, restricted functions and minor bugs. Which times make sense depends on how business-critical your application is.

03 Can you take over existing software?

Yes, even if we didn’t build it. It starts with a code audit: we review architecture, code quality, dependencies, security and documentation, and give you an honest assessment with prioritised recommendations.

Then we take over operations and further development step by step. If the previous provider can still be reached, we plan the handover together with them.
