Integrations & APIs

We connect ERP, CRM, shop, warehouse and business applications, so data is entered once and arrives automatically wherever it is needed.

In many companies, ERP, CRM, online shop, warehouse management and accounting run side by side. In between are exports, imports and people re-typing data. Every one of these gaps costs time and creates errors.

We develop interfaces and integration platforms that connect your systems reliably: with proper error handling, logging and notifications. So you know when something is stuck before your customers notice.

Typical starting points

  • Data is maintained twice

Customers, products and orders are created by hand in several systems and drift apart.

  • Interfaces are a black box

An old integration somehow works, but nobody knows exactly how. Errors only come to light when a customer calls.

  • A system change is coming

A new ERP or CRM is being introduced, and every existing integration has to move with it.

  • Partners demand electronic data

Customers and suppliers expect EDI, e-invoices in XRechnung or ZUGFeRD format, or API access instead of PDFs and email.

What you get

  1. Integration analysis

An overview of systems, data flows, formats and responsibilities, including the weak points.

  2. Interface concept

Data model, field mapping, error handling and responsibilities, agreed with every system vendor involved.

  3. Interfaces and middleware

REST and SOAP APIs, file interfaces, EDI and event processing, depending on the system.

  4. Monitoring and alerting

Logs, automatic retries and notifications when errors occur.

  5. Test environment

Automated tests with realistic data before any change goes live.

  6. Documentation

A description of every data flow, so your IT keeps the full picture.

How we work

  1. Take stock first

We map every data flow before we change anything. This often shows which interface causes the most trouble.

  2. Make errors visible

Every interface reports what it is doing and when something goes wrong. There should be no silent failures.

  3. Coordinate with system vendors

We talk directly to your ERP or CRM vendors, so responsibilities are clear.

  4. Switch over step by step

New interfaces initially run in parallel with the old solution until the results match.

Frequently asked questions

01 How do you ensure software quality?

With fixed rules rather than good intentions: every code change is reviewed by a second person before it is merged. Automated tests run on every change, and quality assurance is a dedicated role in the team, not a task for the last day of the project.

You can see the status for yourself: every two weeks we show you working software, and you can try things out in the test environment at any time. For security-critical applications we also schedule penetration tests by external specialists.

02 How do you handle data protection and the GDPR?

The GDPR applies in Poland just as it does in Germany and Austria. Your data does not need to leave the EU for us to work together. If we need access to personal data, we conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

In development we work with anonymised or synthetic test data wherever possible. Only the people who need it get access to production systems, and hosting in Germany or elsewhere in the EU is possible for every project.

03 Can you take over existing software?

Yes, even if we didn’t build it. It starts with a code audit: we review architecture, code quality, dependencies, security and documentation, and give you an honest assessment with prioritised recommendations.

Then we take over operations and further development step by step. If the previous provider can still be reached, we plan the handover together with them.
