AI & automation
Reading documents, pre-sorting enquiries, making knowledge searchable: we use AI where it takes work off your hands day to day, compliant with data protection law and traceable.
Artificial intelligence is not an end in itself. It makes sense where people spend a lot of time on repetitive work today: capturing incoming invoices and delivery notes, sorting emails, preparing quotes or searching manuals and tickets for answers.
Together with you, we assess which tasks are suitable, build a prototype with your real data and turn it into a solution that fits into your processes. Along the way we pay attention to data protection, to the requirements of the EU AI Act and to making sure a person decides where it matters.
Typical starting points
-
Documents are typed in by hand
Invoices, delivery notes and forms arrive as PDFs or scans and are transferred into the system manually.
-
Knowledge is hard to find
Answers are buried in manuals, tickets and emails. New staff keep asking the same colleagues.
-
Enquiries pile up
Service and sales inboxes overflow, and every message is first read and forwarded by hand.
-
Uncertainty about privacy and law
You want to use AI but don’t want to risk confidential data ending up with third parties or rules being broken.
What you get
-
Potential analysis
A workshop and an assessment of which tasks suit AI or conventional automation, with effort and risk.
-
Prototype with your data
A working prototype within a few weeks, so you can judge the quality on real cases.
-
Document recognition
Automatic extraction from invoices, delivery notes and forms, with a review step for exceptions.
-
Knowledge assistant
An assistant that answers questions based on your documents and cites the source.
-
Process automation
Workflows that pass data between systems and involve people only for exceptions.
-
Documentation for data protection and audit
A description of data flows, models and controls as a basis for data protection reviews and internal audit.
How we work
-
Task before technology
We start with the task and the effort it takes today, not with the model.
-
Data under control
Depending on your requirements, we use AI services with processing in the EU or self-hosted models on dedicated infrastructure.
-
Human in the loop
Where mistakes are costly, a person checks the result before it is processed further.
-
Measure quality
We test against a fixed set of real cases and show how reliably the system works.

Frequently asked questions
01 How do you handle data protection and the GDPR?
The GDPR applies in Poland just as it does in Germany and Austria. Your data does not need to leave the EU for us to work together. If we need access to personal data, we conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
In development we work with anonymised or synthetic test data wherever possible. Only the people who need it get access to production systems, and hosting in Germany or elsewhere in the EU is possible for every project.
02 How do you ensure software quality?
With fixed rules rather than good intentions: every code change is reviewed by a second person before it is merged. Automated tests run on every change, and quality assurance is a dedicated role in the team, not a task for the last day of the project.
You can see the status for yourself: every two weeks we show you working software, and you can try things out in the test environment at any time. For security-critical applications we also schedule penetration tests by external specialists.
03 What does a project cost?
That depends on the scope, and a reliable figure is only possible once we understand your project. After the first call you receive an effort range; after the concept phase, a binding offer.
Depending on the model, we bill a fixed price per milestone, by effort with monthly invoicing and transparent time tracking, or as a monthly flat fee. Because software development costs less in Poland than in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, our day rates are usually economical, without you having to compromise on experience or quality.
