Mobile apps

Apps for iOS and Android, for your customers or for your teams in the field, the warehouse and production, even where the signal is weak.

Mobile apps pay off when people work on the move or deal with your company regularly: service technicians, drivers, field sales staff or customers with recurring orders and appointments.

We develop cross-platform with Flutter or React Native when one codebase for iOS and Android is enough, and natively when hardware access or performance demands it. We also take care of publishing in the app stores or distribution through your mobile device management.

Typical starting points

  • Paper and re-keying on the road

Delivery notes, inspection reports and timesheets are filled in on paper and typed up later in the office.

  • No signal, no work

Web applications fail in warehouses, basements and rural areas. Your teams need an app that keeps working offline.

  • Customers expect an app

Placing orders, booking appointments or requesting service should be as easy as in the apps your customers use privately.

  • The existing app is outdated

It runs poorly on new operating system versions, and updates are difficult because the previous provider is no longer available.

What you get

  1. App concept

Target groups, core features, offline strategy and the decision between cross-platform and native development.

  2. UX and UI design

Design that follows the iOS and Android guidelines, tested on real devices.

  3. Apps for iOS and Android

With push notifications, camera, barcode scanner, GPS or Bluetooth, as needed.

  4. Backend and API

Server, database and interfaces that connect the app to your systems.

  5. Publishing

Submission to the App Store and Google Play, or distribution through your mobile device management.

  6. Maintenance and updates

Adaptation to new operating system versions and device generations.

How we work

  1. Offline first

For field apps we design data storage and synchronisation so that work carries on without a connection.

  2. Testing on real devices

We test on current and older devices, not just in the simulator.

  3. One codebase where it fits

Cross-platform development saves effort in development and maintenance. Where it reaches its limits, we tell you in advance.

  4. Staged roll-out

New versions go to a test group first, then to everyone.

Frequently asked questions

01 What happens after go-live?

We stay. In the first weeks after launch we support operations particularly closely. After that, we take on maintenance and further development under a maintenance contract: updates, security patches, monitoring and bug fixing.

We set response times by priority, for example for critical incidents, restricted functions and minor bugs. Which times make sense depends on how business-critical your application is.

02 How do you ensure software quality?

With fixed rules rather than good intentions: every code change is reviewed by a second person before it is merged. Automated tests run on every change, and quality assurance is a dedicated role in the team, not a task for the last day of the project.

You can see the status for yourself: every two weeks we show you working software, and you can try things out in the test environment at any time. For security-critical applications we also schedule penetration tests by external specialists.

03 Who owns the source code and the usage rights?

You do. Once paid in full, we transfer the rights to the code we develop specifically for you. Polish copyright law requires every field of exploitation to be named explicitly in the contract, so we list them all, from reproduction and modification to distribution and operation.

If you wish, the repository lives in your account from day one. Open-source libraries we use remain under their respective licences; we document them in a licence overview.
