Web apps & portals

Customer portals, dealer portals and web-based business applications that your customers and staff use in the browser, with no installation and on any device.

A portal moves routine work to where it gets done fastest: to your customers, your dealers or your field staff. Orders, service requests, documents and reports are available around the clock and connected directly to your systems.

We develop web apps from the first prototype to live operation: with a well-thought-out roles and permissions concept, single sign-on, interfaces to ERP and CRM, and a user interface that people understand without training.

Typical starting points

  • Queries tie up your sales office

Status, prices, delivery times and documents are requested by phone and email, even though the information is already in the system.

  • Isolated systems and duplicate data

Customer and order data is reconciled by hand between the portal, the ERP and spreadsheets.

  • Internal tools nobody likes using

Business applications work, but people work around them because they are cumbersome.

  • You want to build a digital product

You want to offer an idea as software as a service and need a team that thinks about product and technology together.

What you get

  1. Product and requirements concept

Target groups, roles, core features and a prioritised backlog for the first version.

  2. UX design and prototype

A clickable prototype, tested with future users.

  3. Web application

Responsive interface, backend and API, with roles, permissions and logging.

  4. Sign-in and security

Single sign-on, for example with Microsoft Entra ID, two-factor authentication and a permissions concept.

  5. Interfaces

Connections to ERP, CRM, document management or payment providers.

  6. Hosting environment

Operation in the cloud or in your own data centre, with automated deployments, backups and monitoring.

How we work

  1. Smallest useful version

Together we define the first version that delivers real value, and build from there.

  2. Involve users early

We test prototypes with the people who will later use the portal, not just with the project group.

  3. Security as a requirement

We plan the role model, logging and penetration tests from the start.

  4. Plan for operations

Monitoring, backups and update processes are part of the project, not something left for the maintenance contract.

Frequently asked questions

01 How do you ensure software quality?

With fixed rules rather than good intentions: every code change is reviewed by a second person before it is merged. Automated tests run on every change, and quality assurance is a dedicated role in the team, not a task for the last day of the project.

You can see the status for yourself: every two weeks we show you working software, and you can try things out in the test environment at any time. For security-critical applications we also schedule penetration tests by external specialists.

02 How do you handle data protection and the GDPR?

The GDPR applies in Poland just as it does in Germany and Austria. Your data does not need to leave the EU for us to work together. If we need access to personal data, we conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

In development we work with anonymised or synthetic test data wherever possible. Only the people who need it get access to production systems, and hosting in Germany or elsewhere in the EU is possible for every project.

03 Who owns the source code and the usage rights?

You do. Once paid in full, we transfer the rights to the code we develop specifically for you. Polish copyright law requires every field of exploitation to be named explicitly in the contract, so we list them all, from reproduction and modification to distribution and operation.

If you wish, the repository lives in your account from day one. Open-source libraries we use remain under their respective licences; we document them in a licence overview.
