    Fonts and scripts are hosted on your own server, third-party services only where they are needed. Often the website needs no cookie banner at all.

01 What does a project cost?

That depends on the scope, and a reliable figure is only possible once we understand your project. After the first call you receive an effort range; after the concept phase, a binding offer.

Depending on the model, we bill a fixed price per milestone, by effort with monthly invoicing and transparent time tracking, or as a monthly flat fee. Because software development costs less in Poland than in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, our day rates are usually economical, without you having to compromise on experience or quality.

02 What happens after go-live?

We stay. In the first weeks after launch we support operations particularly closely. After that, we take on maintenance and further development under a maintenance contract: updates, security patches, monitoring and bug fixing.

We set response times by priority, for example for critical incidents, restricted functions and minor bugs. Which times make sense depends on how business-critical your application is.

03 How do we get started?

Write to us via the contact form or at kontakt@codeinvest.pl, ideally with a few sentences about your goal and timeframe. We’ll get back to you personally, usually on the next working day, and arrange a first video call of about 30 minutes. If you wish, we’ll sign a non-disclosure agreement beforehand.

Afterwards you receive a written assessment. For larger projects we recommend a short concept phase as a first, separately commissioned step: you get a solid plan and get to know how we work before you commit.
