Habitat Warsaw
For the existing WordPress website of the Warsaw estate agency Habitat Warsaw, we built our own system for selecting apartment data with a property search and reworked the design in several places.

Challenge
Habitat Warsaw sells and lets premium apartments, flats and houses, mostly in central Warsaw, along with off-market and commercial properties. The website is the agency’s shop window: buyers and tenants should quickly find the properties that match their location, size and budget.
The website already existed, built on WordPress with a premium theme and the WPBakery page builder, in Polish and English. It was not to be rebuilt but extended where it mattered: the listings needed a way for the team to enter property details consistently and for visitors to search by them.
Solution
We added our own system for selecting apartment data. Every property carries fixed details such as type, district, transaction type, number of rooms, floor area, price and floor. The search filters by them: house or apartment, districts from Śródmieście to Wilanów and Konstancin-Jeziorna, sale, rent or commercial, and ranges for area and price. The results list shows the key details of each property at a glance.
We also corrected the design in several places so that the new features and the existing pages fit together.
Result
Visitors narrow the offer down by their own criteria instead of clicking through every listing, and the team enters new properties with consistent details directly in WordPress. The extension fits into the existing website without a rebuild.
