Challenge
For every series of Polish Lotto scratch cards, the number of prizes still in circulation is published. The figures are freely available, but scattered and hard to compare as raw data.
The goal was a tool that collects this data automatically, calculates key figures for every card and presents the result so it can be read on a phone in seconds, with a clear note that lotteries always lose money in the long run.
Solution
The application runs on Laravel and updates the data every hour. For every card it calculates the return (ROI), the chance of winning and the share of top prizes still available, and builds a ranking from them. The list can be filtered by price and sorted by several criteria; every card has its own page with its sales history as a chart.
The “Rozdaj rękę” (deal me a hand) feature picks the three best cards in a chosen price range. Pages per price tier, an archive, an FAQ with structured data and a sitemap make it visible in search engines. The interface responds without page reloads (Blade, Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS, Vite), and a consent prompt starts statistics only after approval.
Result
Scattered public data has become an hourly updated overview that can be read on any device. The project shows data collection, metric calculation and a search-friendly page structure in a lean Laravel application.
