Challenge
Financial documents arrive by email alongside other attachments. They need to be found, identified and sent to the place where the team tracks what has been settled and what still needs attention.
Solution
We built a system connected to email that checks attachments in correspondence. A trained model recognises pro forma invoices, invoices and other file types.
Recognised documents are forwarded to the company's internal application, which helps the team keep track of settled and outstanding documents.
Result
The project connected the document workflow from email attachment through ML classification to an application for tracking settlement status.
